Role overview
Supervise fit-out and interior project site activities and coordinate execution with project stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site work and ensure execution follows approved drawings, specifications, and requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
- Monitor progress and quality of civil, partition, ceiling, flooring, carpentry, painting, MEP, and finishing work.
- Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are available; monitor schedules and agreed completion timelines.
- Review drawings, resolve site issues with technical teams, inspect workmanship, and report delays or discrepancies to the Project Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of UAE experience in fit-out and interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out work, finishing, materials, construction methods, site coordination, and project execution.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Pay
- AED 5,000–7,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
