Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the UAE.
Customer sales and orders
- Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable kandura fabrics, styles, and designs.
- Handle orders for custom-made and ready-made kanduras.
- Record customer measurements and ensure order details are accurate.
- Achieve sales targets and develop strong customer relationships.
Showroom operations
- Coordinate with tailors and the cutting master on fitting, quality, and timely delivery.
- Supervise sales staff and maintain excellent customer-service standards.
- Monitor stock of fabrics, kanduras, and tailoring accessories.
- Handle billing, payments, order records, and daily sales reports.
- Manage customer complaints, alterations, and order follow-ups.
- Maintain showroom presentation and the quality of finished products.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
