Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct Regular site visits to client locations.
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of driver and operational staff.
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers, site coordinators and internal management.
- Ensure smooth execution of waste collection and transportation operations.
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with operational standards and schedules.
- Identify operational issues on-site and implement quick corrective actions.
- Maintain clear and timely communication of all site developments to management.
Minimum 2 years of experience in client coordination and problem solving
