Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor – GRC to oversee daily site operations, manage workforce, and ensure proper installation of GRC elements.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GRC works and strong site coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily GRC installation activities on site
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors
- Manage and monitor site labor and productivity
- Ensure proper handling, installation, and finishing of GRC elements
- Maintain quality standards and resolve site-related issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols
- Track project progress and report updates to management
- Coordinate material delivery and site requirements
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in GRC / construction site supervision
- Strong knowledge of GRC installation, fixing, and finishing
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience in façade, precast, or architectural elements
- Knowledge of UAE construction standards and safety practices
- Basic understanding of site documentation and reporting
- UAE experience preferred
