Maklad Design is looking for a reliable and experienced Foreman / Site Supervisor to join our project execution team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can efficiently manage site workers while ensuring productivity, quality, discipline, and safety standards are consistently maintained.

This is not a supervision-only role — we are looking for someone who can actively lead site teams, coordinate daily activities, and ensure smooth execution of interior fit-out works across project sites.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for supervising on-site labor teams, allocating daily tasks, monitoring productivity, and maintaining site discipline. You will act as the direct link between workers and the Site Engineer / Project Manager to ensure proper execution, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage on-site workers and subcontractors
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor progress to meet project schedules
• Ensure work is executed according to drawings and instructions
• Maintain discipline, motivation, and safety standards among workers
• Report daily progress and any site issues to the Project Manager
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials on-site
• Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers to maintain smooth workflow
• Assist in onboarding new workers and tracking attendance

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in interior fit-out projects (UAE experience required)
• Strong leadership and worker management skills
• Good understanding of site safety standards and procedures
• Ability to read and understand drawings
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Own car is required
• Ability to join immediately is preferred
