Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out

Overview

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out works.
• Independently manage site execution for residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, relevant authorities to ensure smooth progress.
• Monitor work quality, site safety, and project timelines.
• Read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and site instructions.
• Ensure materials, manpower, and resources are properly managed on site.
• Report progress, issues, and delays to the project team.
• Carry out site inspections and ensure works meet required standards.
• Handle snagging, rectification, and handover activities.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out works.
• Preferably worked on projects in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial fit-out activities.
• Ability to handle site works independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to read drawings and manage site execution efficiently.
• Knowledge of quality standards, safety procedures, and finishing works.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and site coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

• Site supervisor (Interior and Fit Out) in UAE: 2 years (Required)
