Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out
About This Role
We are looking for an experienced Interior Fit-Out Site Supervisor with 2–3 years of UAE experience, preferably Dubai or Abu Dhabi experience to independently handle site works for residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out works.
- Independently manage site execution for residential and commercial projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, relevant authorities to ensure smooth progress.
- Monitor work quality, site safety, and project timelines.
- Read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and site instructions.
- Ensure materials, manpower, and resources are properly managed on site.
- Report progress, issues, and delays to the project team.
- Carry out site inspections and ensure works meet required standards.
- Handle snagging, rectification, and handover activities.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out works.
- Preferably worked on projects in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial fit-out activities.
- Ability to handle site works independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to read drawings and manage site execution efficiently.
- Knowledge of quality standards, safety procedures, and finishing works.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and site coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Dubai
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
