About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to manage daily site operations for GRC/GRP/GRG projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of installation works, manage manpower, and maintain quality, safety, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities for GRC/GRP/GRG installation works
- Ensure execution of works as per approved drawings and specifications
- Manage and allocate site manpower efficiently
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Foremen, and subcontractors
- Monitor installation, fixing, and finishing quality on site
- Ensure proper handling and installation of architectural elements
- Maintain site safety standards and enforce compliance
- Track daily progress and report to management
- Resolve on-site technical and execution issues
- Ensure timely completion of assigned project tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years GCC experience in construction/site supervision
- Strong experience in GRC/GRP/GRG works
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Strong leadership and manpower handling skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Knowledge of site safety procedures and quality standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- UAE construction site experience
- Knowledge of façade and architectural installation works
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Hands-on experience in finishing and installation supervision
