We are expanding our project execution team and looking for a skilled
Project Engineer
to manage and deliver high-standard site operations.
Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced
Project Engineer
to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of GRC/GRP/GRG projects.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between design, production, and site teams while maintaining quality, safety, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project execution for GRC / GRP / GRG works
- Coordinate with design, production, and site teams
- Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely project delivery
- Supervise installation activities and resolve site issues
- Ensure quality control and compliance with project standards
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
- Manage manpower planning and site resources effectively
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum
- 2–4 years GCC experience
- in construction/GRC/GRP/GRG projects
- Strong knowledge of site execution and project coordination
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Ability to manage multiple site activities under pressure
Preferred Skills
- Experience in GRC façade / architectural projects
- UAE construction project exposure
- Knowledge of project scheduling and site reporting
- Strong coordination with multidisciplinary teams
