Job Summary

Work Arrangement

• The employment type is full-time.
• The work location is in person.
• The role requires travel between different sites and flexibility with site requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit and inspect assigned company sites regularly.
• Conduct daily and scheduled inspections.
• Ensure sites are clean, organized, safe, and operating according to company standards.
• Monitor staff attendance, appearance, performance, and compliance.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, maintenance conditions, and site appearance.
• Identify issues and report unsafe practices, damaged equipment, hazards, and concerns.
• Follow up until reported issues and corrective actions are resolved.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, Cleaning, Security, and other departments.
• Check the use and maintenance of company assets, equipment, and supplies.
• Prepare inspection photos and reports and submit daily or weekly summaries.
• Handle minor operational issues and escalate serious concerns to management.

Requirements

• Previous Site Supervisor, Facilities Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, or similar experience is preferred.
• Experience in facilities management, operations, maintenance, hospitality, construction, or a similar environment is advantageous.
• Strong inspection, observation, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills are required.
• The candidate must manage multiple sites and priorities and work independently.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures is required.
• A valid UAE driving licence is strongly preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 2,139.77 to AED 4,301.08 per month.
