Operate water park rides and attractions safely, efficiently, and professionally.
Follow operational procedures and safety regulations while providing a safe and enjoyable guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Operate rides and slides according to approved SOPs; conduct pre-opening checks and report defects or hazards.
- Check guest ride restrictions, explain safety rules, ensure safe positioning, and manage entry, exit, and queues.
- Monitor attractions continuously, stop unsafe operations, follow emergency procedures, and notify relevant teams.
- Keep operating areas clean and orderly and ensure signs, barriers, and equipment remain correctly positioned.
- Assist guests, handle concerns professionally, and promptly report incidents, injuries, and unusual situations.
- Complete inspections, checklists, incident reports, and operational documentation accurately.
- Attend safety briefings, training, meetings, and drills; work with lifeguards, safety, maintenance, and operations colleagues.
- Use required safety equipment, never leave an operating position unattended without relief, and cooperate with investigations and inspections.
Qualifications and requirements
- High school education or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions, remain alert, and work responsibly with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and customer service skills; basic English communication is required.
- Physically fit to stand and work outdoors for extended periods and comfortable in hot, wet conditions.
- Available for weekends, public holidays, evenings, and flexible shifts.
- Previous relevant leisure, hospitality, water park, amusement park, or customer service experience is advantageous; additional languages are advantageous.

- Remain calm during emergencies, follow procedures, and maintain professional conduct and appearance.
Schedule
- Flexible shifts may include weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
Pay
