Overview
Manage and supervise all construction activities at the 380kV substation site.
Coordinate and oversee civil, mechanical, and electrical works throughout the project lifecycle.
Supervise the installation of GIS/AIS equipment, power transformers, switchgear, control systems, protection systems, and cable networks.
Review and approve work plans, method statements, and construction procedures.
Resolve technical and operational challenges encountered during project execution.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, QA/QC requirements, and project specifications.
Coordinate inspection and testing activities and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
Monitor manpower productivity, equipment utilization, and material consumption.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Attend project meetings and coordinate site inspections and approvals.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Support testing and commissioning activities and ensure successful project handover.
Utilize ERP systems and project management tools for reporting and workflow management.
