Job Description
- Manage daily factory operations and ensure smooth production workflow.
- Supervise and lead maintenance, production, and operational teams including supervisors and department heads.
- Monitor machinery performance and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and operational KPIs are achieved.
- Develop and implement operational improvement, optimization, and automation strategies.
- Oversee production orders, operational reporting, and process efficiency analysis.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to improve overall plant performance.
- Utilize the SAP ERP system for operational planning, reporting, and resource management.
- Lead and motivate teams while maintaining strong operational discipline and leadership presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management, or any related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial manufacturing operations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Previous experience in industrial plants is mandatory.
- SAP ERP system experience is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Strong personality with the ability to manage large operational teams.
- Experience in maintenance management, production operations, machinery handling, and process optimisation.
- Knowledge of automation and operational efficiency improvement methodologies is highly preferred.
