Job Description
- Lead the company’s overall financial strategy and planning.
- Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and financing arrangements.
- Prepare and oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
- Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies for new business opportunities and investments.
- Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Lead risk assessment and financial risk mitigation strategies.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting and finance team.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- MBA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in finance and accounting leadership roles.
- Previous experience within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong experience with banking facilities, corporate financing, and treasury management.
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities.
- ERP user: SAP .
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
