Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Lead to oversee the daily operation of
one of our swimming programs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching,
team leadership, customer service, program quality, and ensuring a safe and professional
environment for swimmers, parents, and staN.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver high-quality swimming lessons .
- Supervise and support staN on site.
- Ensure all sessions operate safely and eNiciently.
- Build positive relationships with parents, swimmers, and facility partners.
- Support club events, competitions, and swimming meets.
- Ensure compliance with club policies, safeguarding procedures, and health & safety standards.
- Coordinate equipment setup and pool operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for site-related matters.
Essential
- Minimum 4 years of swimming coaching experience.
- Driving licence.
- Recognized swimming coaching qualification (ASA/Swim England Level 2, or equivalent).
- Valid First Aid certification.
- Experience working with children and youth swimmers.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
Preferred
- Swim England Level 2 or equivalent.
- Lifeguard qualification.
- Experience managing swim programs or coaching teams.
- Knowledge of swimmer development pathways.
