Key responsibilities
- Supervise MEP site activities across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting installations.
- Review drawings, specifications, and method statements; coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, manpower, materials, progress, and deliveries against site requirements and project schedule.
- Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements, project standards, and site health and safety requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, close comments and defects, and prepare progress reports and site records.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover; support as-built drawings and operation and maintenance manuals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of MEP site engineering experience in construction, including UAE experience.
- Experience supervising MEP work on residential, commercial, or similar building projects; knowledge of MEP installation and civil coordination.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications; proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Revit/BIM knowledge and a UAE driving licence are preferred; immediate availability or short notice is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Pay
- AED 8,000–9,000 per month.
