Construction supervision and coordination
- Supervise infrastructure construction, including roads, drainage, stormwater networks, sewerage, water supply, utility networks, and associated civil works.
- Review construction drawings, technical specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
- Coordinate execution with consultants, subcontractors, project managers, site engineers, and relevant authorities.
- Monitor site activities against approved drawings and project timelines.
- Coordinate excavation, backfilling, earthworks, compaction, roadworks, kerbstone installation, paving, and reinstatement.
- Oversee installation and testing of underground utilities, pipelines, manholes, chambers, and related infrastructure systems.
Quality, reporting, and handover
- Ensure work meets approved quality standards, inspection and test plans, and project specifications.
- Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and relevant UAE authorities where applicable.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site inspection requests, material inspection requests, and other project documentation.
- Identify site issues, technical discrepancies, and potential delays and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractor performance.
- Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental requirements and approved project procedures.
- Attend site coordination meetings and provide progress updates to project management.
- Support quantity measurement, material requirements, and verification of completed work for interim payment applications.
- Ensure testing, commissioning, as-built documentation, and handover of completed infrastructure works.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- At least five years of relevant civil construction and infrastructure project experience in the UAE.
- Experience with roads, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, utilities, or other infrastructure works.
- Knowledge of UAE construction practices, technical specifications, and relevant authority approval procedures.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, construction plans, and technical documents.
- Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; project planning software knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong site supervision, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence preferred where required for site duties.

- Work location is in person.
Pay
- Pay is AED 8,000–10,000 per month.
