Responsibilities
- Manage monthly payroll, WPS, attendance, overtime, deductions, leave balances, and final settlements.
- Manage Bayzat and maintain accurate employee, attendance, and payroll records.
- Recruit construction professionals, technical staff, and site labour.
- Oversee Emiratization recruitment, retention, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate visas, work permits, renewals, and cancellations with the PRO.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, performance evaluations, and salary increments.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with UAE Labour Law.
- Coordinate manpower and attendance with project managers, timekeepers, and camp management.
- Prepare HR reports and support workforce planning across multiple projects.
Requirements
- Proven HR management experience in the UAE construction industry is required.
- Experience managing at least 200 employees, including site labour, is required.
- Hands-on knowledge of Bayzat software is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Emiratization, payroll, WPS, recruitment, and UAE Labour Law is required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 7,000–8,000 per month.
