Supervise and coordinate marble, fit-out, and construction site activities according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, schedules, and safety requirements.
Hands-on experience in marble installation, fit-out, interior works, and site execution is sought; building contracting and general construction experience is an advantage.
Site responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Review architectural, structural, shop, and detailed drawings; ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate marble fabrication, delivery, installation, finishing, polishing, and snagging.
- Monitor site measurements, levels, alignments, dimensions, and installation details; conduct inspections and identify execution issues.
- Check delivered materials against approved samples and specifications; coordinate material requirements and delivery schedules with procurement and production.
- Monitor manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors; maintain daily reports, progress updates, measurements, and site records.
- Coordinate inspections, approvals, technical clarifications, inspection requests, material approvals, and site documentation with consultants and clients.
- Track schedule progress and constraints; coordinate with civil, MEP, carpentry, gypsum, flooring, painting, and joinery trades.
- Protect completed work and resolve technical issues with the Project Manager and relevant teams.
- Supervise snagging, rectification, and handover; maintain quality, safety, and housekeeping.
Marble and fit-out work
- Supervise marble, granite, porcelain, stone cladding, flooring, countertops, stairs, walls, and other stone installations.
- Check marble layouts, patterns, joints, thickness, levels, alignment, and finishing.
- Coordinate with marble workshop or factory teams on fabrication drawings and site requirements; verify dimensions before fabrication and installation.
- Monitor cutting, fixing, adhesive application, grouting, polishing, sealing, and finishing.
- Coordinate mock-ups and sample approvals with consultants and clients; ensure proper handling, storage, and protection of marble and finishing materials.
Pay
- AED 6,000–8,000 per month.
