Venti Group is hiring an experienced Mason for masonry and related construction work.
Work includes blockwork, plastering, tile installation, and related construction activities. Marble, stone, and fit-out experience is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lay blocks, plaster, and finish surfaces.
- Install marble, stone, and tile as required.
- Read construction drawings and follow site instructions.
- Measure, cut, align, and install materials accurately.
- Prepare surfaces and mix mortar, cement, and other materials.
- Meet quality requirements and project specifications.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other workers.
- Maintain tools and equipment and keep the work area clean.
- Follow site safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
Requirements
- Previous Mason experience in construction, marble, stone, or fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of masonry techniques, material preparation, and finishing.
- Accurate measurement skills and ability to follow technical instructions.
- Marble and stone fixing experience is highly preferred.
- Physical fitness and ability to work under site conditions.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- UAE availability is preferred.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is AED 1,500–2,200 per month.
- Accommodation and transportation are provided by the company.
