CNC Machine Operation
- Operate CNC machines for cutting, shaping, profiling, drilling, and engraving marble and natural stone.
- Set up machines, tools, cutting parameters, and workpieces according to production requirements.
- Load and execute CNC programs to manufacture stone components according to approved drawings.
- Monitor machine performance to support smooth and efficient production.
Drawing Interpretation and Programming
- Read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, dimensions, and cutting layouts.
- Understand CAD/CAM files and CNC programming requirements for marble fabrication.
- Verify measurements, material thicknesses, profiles, and cutting specifications before production.
- Coordinate with technical and production teams to resolve drawing or machining discrepancies.
Quality Control
- Inspect finished components for dimensional accuracy and compliance with approved drawings.
- Check cutting edges, profiles, openings, grooves, and surface quality.
- Identify and report defects, material wastage, and machining errors.
- Ensure fabricated components meet quality standards before dispatch or installation.
Maintenance and Safety
- Perform routine machine cleaning, inspection, and basic preventive maintenance.
- Monitor cutting tools, machine components, and consumables; report faults promptly.
- Follow factory safety procedures when handling heavy stone materials and operating machinery.
- Maintain housekeeping and ensure safe handling and storage of materials.
Production Coordination
- Coordinate with the Production Supervisor and factory personnel to meet production schedules.
- Minimise material wastage and optimise machine utilisation.
- Identify completed work and prepare it for the next production stage.
Pay
- AED 1,000–3,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
