Manage site activities for interior fit-out projects across retail, F&B, office, and high-end residential settings.
Responsibilities
- Supervise fit-out works from site preparation through final handover.
- Review drawings; coordinate manpower and materials; ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage civil, gypsum, ceiling, flooring, painting, joinery, glass, aluminium, and other finishing subcontractors.
- Coordinate with MEP teams, consultants, clients, and mall or landlord representatives.
- Coordinate authority approvals and inspections; ensure QA/QC and HSE compliance.
- Monitor progress, attend site meetings, and prepare progress reports.
- Track delays, variations, and project changes while maintaining quality and deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least four years of UAE interior fit-out experience.
- Proven delivery of projects from start through handover.
- Familiarity with mall and landlord fit-out procedures and authority approvals.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
- Valid UAE driving licence; strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Pay
- AED 10,000–12,000 per month.
