Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and selection from manpower requirements through offers and hiring.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding and support a positive employee experience.
• Coordinate performance management, including goal setting, reviews, and improvement initiatives.
• Support manpower planning and workforce analysis.
• Contribute to succession planning and talent management, including developing key talent and critical positions.
• Support development, review, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Analyze HR data and provide insights for workforce planning and management decisions.
• Ensure HR processes align with company policies and applicable requirements.
• Maintain employee records and support effective use of HR systems.
• Partner with management and line managers on HR matters and initiatives.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• Seven or more years of experience in a Senior HR Officer, HR Generalist, or HR Specialist role.
• Practical experience in recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, succession planning, manpower planning, talent management, and HR policies.
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Word and Excel; hands-on HR systems or HRIS experience and ability to work with HR data and reports.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and interact effectively with employees and management.

Employment and pay

• Employment type: Full-time.
• Advertised pay range: AED 8,000–10,000 per month.
