Supervise daily site activities and coordinate subcontractors and workers for construction and interior fit-out projects.
Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications while maintaining project schedules, safety, and quality standards.
Site delivery and coordination
- Supervise construction and interior fit-out work; review drawings, specifications, and method statements before execution.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment, and monitor subcontractor progress against project schedules.
- Inspect work, identify technical issues, coordinate with project managers, consultants, architects, and MEP teams, and resolve site issues.
- Prepare daily reports and progress records; monitor material deliveries, usage, and storage.
- Maintain safety and housekeeping requirements and assist with inspections, snagging, rectification, and handover.
Candidate qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Engineering.
- 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out, retail, commercial, or F&B projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, and ability to read complex interior blueprints.
- Arabic speaker required.
- Problem-solving under tight deadlines, leadership, and contractor coordination skills.

- AutoCAD, technical drawing interpretation, site supervision, project coordination, MS Office, construction methods, and HSE awareness.
Pay
- AED 10,000 per month.
