Oscar Interiors is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The position requires at least 3 years of Quantity Surveyor experience in contracting or construction.
Qualifications and skills
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and cost control.
- Experience preparing and reviewing variations, interim payments, subcontractor payments, and final accounts.
- Ability to analyze project costs and monitor budgets.
- Good knowledge of Excel and QS/estimation software.
- Good communication and negotiation skills; strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Arabic speaker required.
- Fit-out or interior design project experience is an advantage.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, variations, interim payments, subcontractor payments, and final accounts.
- Analyze project costs, estimate costs, and monitor budgets.
Work location
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 8,000 per month.
