A contracting establishment is seeking a self-driven Site Civil Engineer in Riyadh.
The role involves daily site operations, labor supervision, and coordination with main contractors to secure and execute site work items and subcontract packages.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–4 years of hands-on site engineering experience in Saudi Arabia’s contracting sector.
- Valid KSA driving license is mandatory.
- Immediate availability is requested; the posting mentions transferable Iqama or readiness to start immediately.
- A practical, hands-on mindset and ability to direct labor on-site.
- Strong personality and excellent communication skills in Arabic.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and drive daily site progress, directly managing labor and sub-teams to support execution speed, quality, and safety.
- Build technical and professional relationships with main contractors' engineers to negotiate, secure, and execute work items and subcontract packages.
- Handle site logistics, material receiving, and daily progress reporting.
- Drive between project sites and manage operational needs across Riyadh.
