Role Overview
As part of the Sinyar Graduate Program , we are looking for a Duty Manager to join Al-Futtaim Retail.
This opportunity is designed for fresh graduates with a minimum GPA of 2.8 or above .
Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience will also be considered, provided they meet the minimum GPA requirement of 2.8 .
You will gain hands-on exposure to store operations, customer experience, team coordination, stock management and commercial performance.
Working closely with experienced store leaders, you will learn how a successful retail operation is managed while gradually taking ownership of day-to-day responsibilities.

What You Will Do
- Learn & Support Store Operations Support the smooth day-to-day running of the store alongside the store leadership team. Gain practical exposure to store opening and closing procedures and daily operational routines. Support shift coordination and help maintain store standards throughout the day. Learn key operational and administrative processes, including cash and store controls. Deliver a Great Customer Experience Engage with customers and help create a positive shopping experience. Support the team in maintaining high customer-service standards. Assist in resolving customer queries and identifying opportunities to improve the customer journey. Develop your understanding of product recommendations and customer needs. Build Your Leadership Skills Work closely with experienced managers and team members to understand effective retail leadership. Support team communication and day-to-day coordination. Build your confidence in motivating and collaborating with different team members. Develop the skills required to take on greater responsibility as you progress. Support Stock & Store Standards Support stock availability, replenishment and inventory activities. Gain exposure to stock transfers, cyclic counts and other stock-management processes. Help ensure products are available and presented to the required standards. Work with Visual Merchandising and store teams to maintain an engaging shopping environment. Develop Your Commercial Understanding Learn how sales performance and store KPIs are monitored. Support the review of sales results and identify opportunities to improve performance. Gain exposure to how staffing, customer service, availability and merchandising influence store results. Build your understanding of commercial decision-making within a retail environment. Learn Retail Compliance & Safety Develop an understanding of store Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Support compliance with health, safety and trading requirements. Help maintain a safe, organised and customer-ready store environment.
What You Bring
- We’re looking for an ambitious graduate who is passionate about Retail, customer experience and developing into a future people leader . Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Minimum GPA of 2.8 or above . Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused mindset with an interest in Retail operations. Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn, take ownership and develop leadership capabilities. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
