What You Will Do
- Create a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness. Represent a positive attitude toward the merchandise, the brand, and the company. Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and contribute to achieving financial goals. Participate in all market hall inventories and keep the stock well-managed. Attend all store meetings and related functions to stay informed and engaged. Maintain punctuality and adhere to the designated work schedule consistently. Work flexibly with peers and management to accomplish duties efficiently. Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and a warm welcome. Provide customers with current and relevant information about products. Adhere to IKEA policies and procedures 100% and promote brand standards.
