Role overview

Responsibilities

• Optimize and maintain assigned customer accesses through analytic support.
• Research collection and collateral data, develop targets and analytic strategies, and identify target communications.
• Apply SIGINT exploitation methods and use software, databases, repositories, and independent research for target development.
• Develop collection and analysis techniques and tools, and provide guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 contractor personnel.
• Help maintain customer computers and networks supporting collection, processing, and transmission.

Required skills and experience

• At least 10 years of SIGINT development analytic support experience and knowledge.
• Within the last 10 years, at least 7 years with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching networks, and/or internet communications.
• Linux command-line experience, FORNSAT experience, front-end collection and survey systems experience, and DNR/DNI collection and dataflow experience including FOP configuration.
• Basic troubleshooting; ability to follow SOPs and update documentation.
• Familiarity with commercial SATCOM technologies.
• Basic Communications Signals Collection and Processing Course (450) and Intermediate Communications Signals Analysis Course (451).
• U.S. citizenship and position-appropriate security clearance are required.

Desired skills

• Scripting experience with Bash, Shell, and/or Python is desired.
• Familiarity with Apache NiFi and basic knowledge of network protocols are desired.

Schedule

• Must support a 24x7 mission operation on a weekly schedule.
• Available shifts are day (0545–1345), swing (1345–2145), or mid (2145–0545); schedules include weekends and holidays.
