Responsibilities
- Prepare shipping arrangements, including invoice issuance and official papers and documents for customers.
- Collect information for shipping plans and identify local shipments requiring preparation.
- Inform the warehouse about daily required shipments and coordinate necessary actions.
- Complete paperwork and issue invoices on time.
- Update SAP with shipping transactions daily and maintain alignment with relevant functions.
- File shipping schedules, invoices, Air Way Bills, and shipping orders.
- Follow up with shipping companies on schedules and shipment status.
- Perform other job-related duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications and eligibility
- A diploma in a relevant discipline or a BSc in Business Management, Computer studies, or another relevant discipline.
- Candidates must not have been registered in GOSI during the previous six months.
- Candidates must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer program.
