Acts as a link between Hikma and healthcare professionals, increasing awareness and use of pharmaceutical and medical products through sales, marketing, and field activities.
Promotes assigned products to customers and key accounts to meet targets under the guidance of a supervisor or manager.
Responsibilities
- Review sales targets and activity records, assess performance, and track goal achievement.
- Build relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams; organize appointments and events to encourage product prescribing, dispensing, and use.
- Increase product awareness by learning about Hikma products and sharing information with healthcare providers.
- Gather current information about healthcare professionals and institutions and prospect for new customers.
- Support product availability and territory coverage; report and provide feedback, and monitor competitors and their products.
- Review product performance using client responses and market indicators, anticipating market opportunities.
- Prepare timely plans, feedback, and sales documentation for the supervisor or manager.
- Follow company rules and regulations.
Education and experience
- B.S. in pharmacy.
- 0–2 years of related experience.
