The role manages and supervises building maintenance to keep infrastructure safe, reliable, and efficient while minimizing disruptions.

Key responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance activities with Production and relevant departments.
- Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and shutdowns.
- Maintain building conditions including civil works, painting, epoxy flooring, lighting, doors, and access systems.
- Supervise contractors and check compliance with technical specifications, GMP, and safety requirements.
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests and minimize operational disruption.
- Maintain maintenance records and provide engineering support for building improvement projects.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 0–3 years of related experience.
Competencies
- Competencies include analytical thinking, coaching and mentoring, communication, quality focus, cost consciousness, follow-up, and coordination.
- Technical competencies include advanced computer skills, cost estimation and analysis, fluent English, maintenance management, budget planning, and identifying preventive maintenance needs.
