Connects the company with healthcare professionals and increases awareness and use of pharmaceutical and medical products through sales and marketing activities, including field activities.
Promotes assigned products to customers and key accounts against sales and marketing targets, under supervisor or manager guidance.
Responsibilities
- Review sales-target and activity records and assess performance and goal achievement.
- Build customer relations and organize appointments and events with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams.
- Increase product awareness through continuous learning and information sharing with healthcare providers.
- Gather information about healthcare professionals and hospitals and prospect for new customers.
- Ensure product availability and territory coverage; report feedback and monitor competitor activity and products.
- Review product performance based on client responses and other indicators and anticipate market opportunities.
- Prepare timely plans, feedback, and sales documentation or reports for the supervisor or manager.
- Comply with company rules and regulations.
Education and experience
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
- 0–2 years of related experience.
