Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound shipments
• Prepare and process shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork
• Communicate with freight forwarders, courier services, and internal departments
• Track shipments and provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations
• Resolve shipping delays, damages, or discrepancies in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and delivery schedules
• Assist in inventory coordination and warehouse support when required
• Optimize shipping processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures and customs regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics tracking systems
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with freight forwarders in the GCC region
• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems
• Knowledge of import/export documentation for Qatar
