Organized Coordinator (preferably with technical background) responsible for:
Parts Coordinator Responsibilities
- Preparation of spare parts quotes against customer RFQ / business lead. Obtaining PO & advance payment from the customer.
- Order processing in ERP system.
- Keep track of warranty/goodwill parts supply.
- Working close with Global parts & technical support team for providing timely assistance to customers and field engineers.
Shipping Coordinator Responsibilities
- Prepare shipping documents & quotes for customers.
- Negotiate with freight forwarders.
- Keep a meticulous record of shipment information.
- Communicate with clients and shippers and resolve any complaints.
- Prepare sales reports to After Sales Manager/ senior management.
