Purpose and Mission

Key Activities and Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and empower a diverse team to achieve operational goals.
• Set expectations, monitor progress, and provide feedback through check-ins and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Drive efficiency and productivity improvements.
• Champion continuous improvement using Lean principles, Kaizen, and root cause analysis.
• Analyze performance metrics and trends and implement measurable solutions.
• Work with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams on integrated solutions.
• Communicate organizational updates and lead the team through change.
• Promote an inclusive, respectful, collaborative culture that values innovation and learning.

Skills

• Proven team leadership experience in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies and successful implementation.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Adaptability and resilience in changing environments.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and familiarity with operational systems.
