Role Overview

Position Details

• The position is based in Bangalore and is full-time, in person.
• The role requires immediate joiners according to the source posting.

Strategic Portfolio Management Leadership

• Lead enterprise-wide SPM transformation initiatives and design scalable operating models aligned with organizational strategy.
• Define portfolio governance, demand management, investment planning, prioritization, portfolio health, KPI reporting, and value-realization practices.

Solution Architecture

• Architect end-to-end SPM solutions across Demand Management, PPM, Agile Development, Resource Management, Financial Planning, Investment Funding, Strategic Planning Workspace, OKR Management, and Enterprise Architecture Integration.
• Define scalable architecture and governance standards aligned with ServiceNow out-of-box capabilities and platform strategy.

Business Consulting

• Conduct executive workshops and stakeholder interviews and translate business objectives into technology solutions.
• Develop maturity assessments and transformation roadmaps and advise on PMO modernization, portfolio optimization, governance, and organizational change.

Technical Leadership

• Lead architecture design reviews and solution governance and define integration architecture with SAP, Oracle, Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Power BI, ERP, and financial systems.
• Oversee configuration, customization, and implementation teams and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development and architecture standards.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage CIOs, PMO leaders, portfolio managers, and business executives.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive governance reviews and present architecture decisions and solution recommendations.

Technical Requirements

• The role requires 7+ years of ServiceNow platform experience and 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow SPM implementation experience.
• Required expertise includes SPM, Demand Management, PPM, Agile Development, Resource Management, Financial Management, Investment Funding, Enterprise Architecture Workspace, and APM Integration.
• Experience is required in large-scale architecture, enterprise architecture principles, business process consulting, governance, operating models, and PMO transformation.
• Required integration knowledge includes REST APIs, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, Jira, Azure DevOps, ERP or financial systems, and data migration strategies.
• Global implementation leadership, Agile or hybrid delivery, large-scale transformation, and executive stakeholder management experience are required.

Pay

• Compensation is ₹1,200,000–₹1,800,000 per year.
