Role Overview

Functional Leadership and Delivery

• Lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, credit management, and returns.
• Own SAP SD solution design aligned with business requirements and SAP best practices.
• Review and approve functional specifications and solution designs.
• Lead SAP SD implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement activities.
• Coordinate with MM, FI, TM, EWM, and GTS teams.
• Manage offshore and onshore teams, task allocation, and delivery tracking.
• Support UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.

Stakeholder Management and Support

• Serve as the primary SAP SD contact for business users and key stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
• Provide status updates and identify and mitigate risks.
• Lead L2/L3 production support for SAP SD issues.
• Perform root cause analysis, drive permanent fixes, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Manage integrations with FI, TM, EWM, EDI, IDocs, and external applications.
• Ensure compliance with local legal requirements, including e-invoicing, tax, and country-specific SD processes.
• Maintain functional design documents, process flows, and configuration documentation.
• Lead knowledge-transfer sessions and mentor junior consultants.

Required Skills and Experience

• 6+ years of SAP SD experience.
• Strong knowledge of pricing procedures, condition records, copy controls, incompletion logs, and output determination.
• Hands-on configuration experience is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Credit management knowledge, including Classic or FSCM, is preferred.
• Experience in S/4HANA migration or rollout projects.
• Exposure to global template implementations.
• Knowledge of EDI, IDocs, and third-party integrations.
• Prior experience as an SD Lead, Module Lead, or Track Lead.

Pay

• Pay is ₹1,800,000.00–₹3,000,000.00 per year.
