who will be responsible for establishing and managing project governance, delivery standards, and portfolio oversight for
ServiceNow initiatives

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects across multiple business units.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Establish and maintain PMO governance, project standards, reporting, and documentation.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project progress, prepare status reports, and present updates to senior management and steering committees.
- Ensure ServiceNow solutions align with business requirements, technical standards, and organizational objectives.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, change requests, and issue resolution.
- Support Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies as appropriate.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and ServiceNow governance.
- Ensure successful project handover, user acceptance, and transition to operations
- Knowledge, skills & experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
- 8+ years of IT project management experience, including at least 5 years managing ServiceNow projects.
- Strong technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform, architecture, and implementation lifecycle.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations or digital transformation programs.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with PMO governance, project reporting, budgeting, and risk management.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or other relevant certifications) are highly preferred.
