Our client, one of the region's leading AI investment companies, is seeking an exceptional

Manager – Internal Corporate Services

to lead the delivery of a world-class corporate services function at its Abu Dhabi headquarters.

This is a highly visible role that will suit an experienced professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-profile environments and has a passion for delivering exceptional internal service standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a seamless workplace experience, establishing best-in-class operational protocols and acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership and stakeholders across the organisation.

The role requires someone with exceptional presence, strong judgement and the confidence to manage sensitive situations while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and discretion.

This is a 12 month contract (renewable)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Internal Corporate Services function, ensuring an exceptional workplace experience across the organisation.
  • Develop, implement and continuously enhance corporate service standards, operational procedures and governance frameworks.
  • Design and implement protocols for executive leadership engagements, board meetings and VVIP visits, ensuring flawless execution at every stage.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all workplace, facilities and corporate services-related matters, ensuring issues are resolved proactively and efficiently.
  • Oversee supply management activities, ensuring the timely procurement and availability of office supplies, operational resources and workplace requirements while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships from onboarding through to ongoing performance management, ensuring all service providers consistently deliver against agreed service levels and organisational expectations.
  • Negotiate, monitor and review supplier contracts, identifying opportunities to improve quality, service delivery and value for money.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding business requirements and delivering a consistently high level of service across all departments.
  • Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary corporate services team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Drive operational efficiency by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, service delivery and the overall employee experience.
  • Anticipate operational risks, respond effectively to unexpected situations and provide practical solutions under pressure.
  • Support organisational events, executive activities and strategic initiatives requiring exceptional coordination and attention to detail.
  • Prepare reports, KPIs and service metrics to monitor performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Champion a culture of professionalism, hospitality and operational excellence throughout the organisation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
  • 15 years + experience leading Corporate Services, Workplace Experience, Executive Services, Office Operations or Facilities functions within highly regarded organisations.
  • Proven experience working within high-profile corporate environments, multinational organisations, sovereign entities, executive offices or luxury service-led businesses.
  • Demonstrated experience developing operational policies, service protocols and governance frameworks.
  • Strong experience in vendor management, supplier negotiations, contract management and procurement coordination.
  • Experience managing operational budgets and driving cost-effective service delivery.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation, including executive leadership.
  • Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary operational teams and external service providers.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Calm, confident and resilient, with the ability to navigate complex or sensitive situations with professionalism.
  • High level of discretion and experience handling confidential information.

Availability

Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or with a notice period of 30 days or less.
