We are looking to hire a
Brand Management Consultant
who will be responsible for supporting the continued evolution, positioning, and growth of a leading hospitality brand portfolio.
This role will work closely with senior leadership to shape differentiated brand experiences, strengthen brand governance, and drive initiatives that enhance brand equity, and creating memorable guest experiences for our client based in
Dubai
, which is one of the largest companies in the region.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 5 months and is renewable.
The role reports to the Senior Director – Brand Management
We are looking for a passionate
Brand Management Consultant
who will play a key role in supporting strategic brand initiatives, ensuring alignment between brand vision, guest experience, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand strategy and development supporting the development and execution of brand strategies aligned with long-term business objectives and growth ambitions. Contribute to the evolution of brand positioning, identity, messaging, and experience frameworks.
• Brand Experience & Guest Journey
assist in the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of signature brand experiences, rituals, and service concepts.
• Brand Governance & Implementation
- Coordinate the rollout of brand initiatives and act as a liaison between corporate teams, regional stakeholders, and operating units.
- Develop brand-related training materials and tools to facilitate adoption and engagement across the organization by collaborate with operations, learning and development, and marketing teams to ensure consistent execution of brand experiences across markets.
- Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of brand standards and governance processes.
- Stakeholder & Agency Management manage relationships with external agencies, consultants, and strategic partners to ensure deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
- Project Management -facilitate multiple projects simultaneously from concept through execution & supporting the achievement of business objectives, performance targets, and strategic brand goals.
- Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams to support brand priorities and initiatives.
- Knowledge, skills & experience:
- 5-7 years in brand and marketing management.
- Have hands-on experience collaborating with creative agencies or within the Hospitality sector.
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Exhibit functional expertise in brand management and the development of marketing campaigns.
- Showcase strong communication skills, both written and spoken in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
- Demonstrate adept project management skills, encompassing planning and execution.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail in tasks.
- Display a results-oriented mindset.
- Exhibit creativity and innovation in problem-solving.
- Strive for excellence and consistently deliver quality outputs.
- Possess collaborative, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
