Role Overview
Lead slickline service crews and deliver services under varied operating conditions.
Support customer satisfaction, technical execution, safety, equipment readiness, quality improvement, and service documentation.
Job Duties
- Lead slickline operations, review job designs, verify equipment and tools, and apply HMS processes.
- Resolve technical situations, perform emergency equipment maintenance, and coordinate with customers and third parties.
- Mentor service personnel, identify sales opportunities, support new technology, and update local HMS processes.
- Complete HSE activities, risk assessments, safety meetings, PPE checks, wellsite paperwork, and post-job reviews.
Qualifications
