Role overview

Service delivery and customer relations

• Consult customers about products and services and promote good customer relations at the well site.
• Review job designs and verify job packets contain appropriate equipment and processes.
• Confirm the unit, WPCE, and downhole tools are ready, complete, and correct.
• Apply technical knowledge to address unanticipated situations and consult the operations base as needed.
• Perform all aspects of the job in compliance with Halliburton management system processes.

Equipment and crew

• Perform onsite emergency unit or equipment maintenance and properly maintain assigned equipment.
• Coordinate with third parties whose activities could affect slickline job execution.
• Train service operators and operator assistants in areas of expertise.

Safety, documentation, and improvement

• Comply with applicable health, safety, and environmental procedures and regulations.
• Conduct and document well-site HSE activities, including site assessments, risk analyses, safety meetings, and PPE use.
• Complete well-site and post-job paperwork and participate in post-job reviews with the supervisor.
• Promote quality improvement and communicate potential sales opportunities for additional products and services.
• Build knowledge to run more complex or broader services and develop customer service, negotiation, and leadership skills.
