Coordinate service sales and service requirements for AMC customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage AMC customers and coordinate their service requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries, service requests, quotations, and pricing.
- Coordinate sales, service, warehouse, and delivery teams for timely order fulfilment.
- Manage material availability, stock coordination, and deliveries.
- Prepare quotations, track orders, and follow up with customers.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.
- Maintain customer records, service reports, quotations, and related documentation.
- Communicate promptly to support customer satisfaction and efficient service coordination.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in engineering, automation, doors, CCTV, HVAC, or a related industry.
- Experience with AMC customers, service coordination, quotations, pricing, warehouse operations, delivery, and supply chain management is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good engineering analytical skills and product knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong teamwork, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Pay
- AED 8,500–9,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
