The position involves client-facing sales and coordination with technical and operations teams.
Sales and customer development
- Generate sales for epoxy, flooring, adhesives, waterproofing, and other construction chemical products.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, applicators, consultants, developers, and distributors.
- Find new business opportunities, generate leads, visit clients, and present products.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, close sales, and follow up on enquiries, orders, payments, and deliveries.
Targets and market coordination
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and coordinate with technical and operations teams on product or application needs.
- Track competitor products, pricing, and market trends; maintain sales reports and customer records.
Experience and qualifications
- Requires 2–5+ years of sales experience in epoxy, construction chemicals, flooring, adhesives, or waterproofing products.
- Requires strong knowledge of the UAE construction or building materials market.
- Existing contacts with contractors, applicators, consultants, and project companies are preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are requested; ability to work independently and meet targets is required.
- A UAE driving license and current availability in the UAE are preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
