Responsibilities
- Develop and improve product formulations based on company requirements.
- Test raw materials and finished products in the laboratory.
- Perform quality testing against product specifications.
- Research formulations to improve product performance.
- Troubleshoot formulation and production-related issues.
- Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and technical documentation.
- Follow quality standards and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in the same field.
- Proven ability to develop new formulations and improve existing products.
- Proficiency in material testing, laboratory analysis, and quality evaluation.
- Knowledge of raw materials, chemical properties, and testing procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 7,500–8,000 per month.
