Role overview
Grow business and client relationships for interior fit-out work across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail sectors.
Business development and sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors.
- Research market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to shape targeted strategies.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow market share and the client portfolio.
- Hold client meetings, deliver presentations, and negotiate to close deals.
- Build relationships with potential clients, architects, developers, and other industry stakeholders.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Internal coordination and reporting
- Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to align proposals with company capabilities and client requirements.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Experience and qualifications
- At least eight years of previous experience in the interior fit-out industry.
- Proven business development track record; fit-out industry experience is preferred for this qualification.
- Strong networking, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of interior design processes, material selection, and project execution workflows.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Compensation
- The description states pay of AED 10,000–20,000 per month; the structured salary field states AED 10,000 per month.
Workplace and employment
