Service Manager

Proven leadership experience in a dealership or fleet service environment

Minimum 4+ years of supervisory experience

Strong understanding of heavy-duty truck service operations

Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve performance metrics

Excellent communication skills with customers, employees, and leadership

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure

Team-oriented mindset with a focus on employee growth and retention

Mix of indoor and shop environments with exposure to noise, dust, and equipment

Physical requirements include occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs) and active movement throughout the shop

Regular onsite presence required
