Daily machinery maintenance Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of foundation construction equipment, including rotary drilling rigs, diaphragm wall machinery, and hydraulic pile‑driving rigs. Handle new machine delivery, after‑sales inspections, and repairs.
Technical support Provide on‑site and remote technical support to customers and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
Customer visits and inspections Conduct regular customer visits, perform equipment inspections, and manage acceptance and maintenance of newly delivered equipment.
Parts coordination Ensure timely availability of spare parts, execute parts sales plans, and support customer satisfaction initiatives.
Diagnostics and repairs Analyze and diagnose mechanical and technical problems, perform repairs, and replace faulty components.
Product upgrades Support the implementation of product upgrades, technical modifications, and improvement programs.
Reporting and coordination Submit accurate service reports on time and coordinate with engineering and sales teams in China.

Education Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience Minimum 3 years of technical service or service management experience; experience in the foundation construction machinery industry is preferred.
Language Proficiency in English or Arabic as a working language.
Driver’s license Valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory.
