Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer based in Abu Dhabi.
The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing troubleshooting and maintenance of systems, providing technical support in the field, and ensuring timely and effective repair of technical issues.
The role may also involve coordinating with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Troubleshooting and problem-solving of technical systems.
- Proficiency in Field Service tasks and Maintenance & Repair operations.
- Strong Communication skills for effectively coordinating with clients and team members.
- Experience in providing Technical Support with a customer-centric approach.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with fire protection, life safety, or security systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
