Overview

We are looking for a motivated and high-potential **Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager** to join a leading international organization in Dubai.

This role is a hybrid position combining **Service Delivery Management (70%)** and **Project Management (30%)**, where you will act as a key interface between international clients and internal teams, ensuring service quality, operational excellence, and smooth project-to-operation transitions.

Service Delivery Management (70%)

  • Manage end-to-end service delivery and ensure SLA compliance
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
  • Monitor KPIs, service performance, and reporting dashboards
  • Oversee incident, request, and change management processes
  • Track ETAs, priorities, and service commitments
  • Analyze service trends and identify improvement opportunities
  • Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to operations
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients to ensure high satisfaction
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and follow-ups

Project Management (30%)

  • Support delivery of multiple projects (scope, timeline, and coordination)
  • Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Assist with planning activities (WBS, timelines, reporting)
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Prepare dashboards and progress reports
  • Support resource planning and delivery optimization

Requirements

  • 2–7 years of experience in:
  • Service Delivery
  • Customer Success

• Project Coordination And Project Management

  • Strong experience in **SLA management, incident handling, and client-facing roles**
  • Fluency in **French and English** (mandatory)
  • Arabic is a strong advantage
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
  • Proactive, organized, and ownership-driven mindset
  • Nice to Have

• ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence

  • Power BI or reporting tools
  • MS Project or equivalent planning tools

Preferred Profile

  • Junior to mid-level professional with strong growth potential
  • Experience in IT services, telecom, or technology environments
  • Comfortable working with international clients
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
